Shipping Policy
Most orders arrive in 2–5 days.
Shipping is free over $60, and all duties are included.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses in Canada and the USA. Items ship directly from our vendors, who are based in Canada and the USA.

Prices include all customs duties, so you will never pay extra at the door.
Delivery times

Delivery times start once the vendor ships your order. Vendors ship within 1–2 business days for ready-to-ship items. Festivals, holidays and severe weather can add a few days.
Orders from more than one vendor
If your cart has items from different vendors, they may arrive in separate packages on different days.
Tracking
We email you a tracking number and link as soon as your order ships.
Wrong address or missed delivery
Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to the vendor because of an incorrect address or a missed pickup, we can re-ship it, but you will pay the new shipping cost.
Late, lost or damaged parcels
If your order arrives more than 15 days after the latest estimated delivery date, or arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours of delivery. See our Return & Refund Policy. If tracking shows no movement for 7 days, message us and we will follow up with the vendor and carrier.
