Zknit is an online marketplace for South Asian ethnic wear and accessories, run by Zknit Lifestyle Inc. in Ontario, Canada. We bring together independent vendors from Canada and the USA so you can find sarees, lehengas, salwar suits, sherwanis, kurtas, kids’ wear, jewellery and juttis in one place, without waiting weeks for an overseas order.
Why we started
We started Zknit in 2025 after spending weeks hunting for the right outfit for a family event, and seeing how hard it was to find good ethnic wear locally. It involved a lot of driving around visiting several far away stores. It also involved asking sellers “Price Please” on every product and seeing how annoyed they get. Our goal is simple: make it easy to shop anytime for every festival, wedding and celebration, from the comfort of your home, and provide full price transparency. We provide free shipping on orders above $60, and most orders deliver within 2-5 days across Canada & USA.

We host the Zknit Saree Mela, a live shopping event where you can see, touch and try pieces from our vendors. Our last Mela was on September 12, 2026. We will host more such events in the future.
