At DELHI6IX, it’s our constant endeavor to provide you with the best customer service possible each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return and exchange the order for a full refund of the paid price. We only accept returns for products purchased directly from our website. At DELHI6IX we have 14 days return and exchange policy, it gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased from delhi6ix.ca or zknit.ai for any below reason within 14 days of receipt of an item.

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the return item at our warehouse and it passes our quality check.

Returns and exchange are done free of cost if wrong products (incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered) or damaged products are received by the customer.(Contact Us for RETURN LABELS). After receiving the returned product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end. If the return item does not pass the quality check, we will ship it back to you with additional shipping charges.

At DELHI6IX we have a 14 day exchange policy, if you choose to exchange the item If wrong or defective item was shipped, you will be provided with a replacement of the item with no additional cost. However if the exchange is for any other reason e.g. size, style, color etc., additional shipping charges will apply.

Note : You can also return and exchange item at our storefront at no additional cost. All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
