Await Approval: Our team will review your request. Please do not send back any items until you have received a return authorization from us.
Ship the Item: Once authorized, please ship the item back to the address provided by our team.

Inspection and Processing

Upon receiving the returned item, our quality control department will conduct a final inspection. Please note that a return is not guaranteed a refund until this inspection is complete and we are satisfied that the item meets all return conditions.

For Defective Items: If the defect is confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original method of payment or ship your exchange item at no additional cost.
For Other Returns: In cases where a return is accepted for reasons other than a defect (e.g., sizing issues, change of mind), the customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges. Any refund or store credit issued will be less these charges.
