- The item is returned in its original packaging, with all original tags and labels attached, and folded as it was received.
Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for return or exchange.

- Contact Us: Please email our customer care team within 10 days of receiving your item. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the defect.
- Await Approval: Our team will review your request. Please do not send back any items until you have received a return authorization from us.
- Ship the Item: Once authorized, please ship the item back to the address provided by our team.
Inspection and Processing
Upon receiving the returned item, our quality control department will conduct a final inspection. Please note that a return is not guaranteed a refund until this inspection is complete and we are satisfied that the item meets all return conditions.
- For Defective Items: If the defect is confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original method of payment or ship your exchange item at no additional cost.
- For Other Returns: In cases where a return is accepted for reasons other than a defect (e.g., sizing issues, change of mind), the customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges. Any refund or store credit issued will be less these charges.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above.
Final Sale Items
Please note that items purchased on sale, during a promotion, or with a discount code may be considered Final Sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. This will be clearly stated on the product page.
